The following information is meant as a basic guideline to what ChetG Productions offers as services to future and current clients.  Any of the options below can be requested individually or packaged together. As with everything at ChetG Productions, if there are any remaining questions feel free to contact me for any clarifications.

Web site Design and Construction- This is one of the most basic of services I have to offer. It includes consulting with the client to learn what goals they would like to accomplish with their Web site and what if any design concepts the client has for their site. The cost for design and development of a client’s Web site will be derived firstly from an estimated amount of time the process will take. Please keep in mind that a dynamic Web site, versus a classic static information site, will have a higher cost due to the greater amount of time required to code the pages.

• There are extra options available in the development of a functional Web site for my clients. Two of the major options available are the integration of a blog system or content management system (CMS). Each of these options will require additional development on my part, and will incur an extra fee.  If you’re interested in either of these services please indicate so and we will discuss what your options are.

Domain Name Acquisition- This is another service that I offer just to take out some of the pain of Web site creation for my clients. It’s a relatively cheap service. I only charge the price of the domain name, plus my time for acquiring the particular URL the client would like to own. However it’s important to note that URLs containing more sought after terms are worth more, and may cost more. I will always discuss domain name prices with a client before making any purchases to ensure the highest quality transaction occurs.

Hosting- Hosting is the process of storing the client’s Web data on a server. The client is welcome to provide their own hosting services, or they can work with ChetG Productions to host their Web site. If I am the host and designer of the client’s site it will make for a more streamlined production and maintenance if needed of the client’s Web site. Hosting plans are affordable and differ in what is made available to the client. A plan can be customized to fit each client’s needs, such as email, storage space, bandwidth allowances and databases.

Maintenance Plans- Maintenance is a very important step in running a successful Web site. I am available for maintenance calls for any past clients at a per hour basis. The price for these maintenance calls is the same as my design per hour price, regardless of what the error is, with a minimum of one hour charge.

If you are the owner of a dynamic Web site your chances to encounter an error are heightened. This is why I stand to offer monthly maintenance plans. These plans will allow for a client to submit an error report to me and it will be handled within the day, unless it is a major error caused by outside sources (e.g. server crashes).

I offer a range of priority maintenance plans. The first plan allows for you contact me with error control between normal business hours (8 A.M. – 5 P.M.), Monday through Friday. Your errors will be handled in the priority that they arrive in. The next plan allows for the client to reports errors during extended hours (8 A.M. through 8 P.M.) on Monday through Friday. The final plan gives a client the ability to report errors from 8 A.M. to 12 A.M. any day of the week. This plan guarantees that your errors will be handled as immediately as possible.
